Can Lladroner is an original Finca (farm) which has recently been fully restored to its former glory by its current owners. Breathtaking views across to the Tramuntana mountain range are certainly its headline act, creating a tranquil atmosphere with inspiring views, especially with the early morning light or at sun set.
Accessed via a quiet country road, the only disturbances you are likely to get during your holiday are from the surrounding local wildlife. It's a peaceful and tranquil property that can't fail to impress.
The accommodation is extremely versatile as it is spread over two buildings about 30 metres apart - especially if part of the group requires an additional degree of space and privacy.
The main house has an open-plan dining/living area, kitchen and utility room on the ground floor. The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms with a large terrace area from the master bedroom that looks out over the swimming pool (with new pool safety fence that can be installed if you have young children) and front gardens. The casita (separate cottage), which is slightly set back from the main house, has a large, ground floor twin bedroom with en suite and a connecting room that has twin beds and is ideal as an overflow room for children (access to the bathroom is through the large twin room). There is a spacious double bedroom and bathroom on the first floor - this opens onto an enormous, sunny, private roof terrace. This beautiful double has a large alcove which is a great size for a cot or small child's extra bed.
Another highlight of the property is the beautifully restored converted barn. True to its heritage, the barn has a more rustic feel and provides an ideal spacious location for the children’s play area. The barn is fully equipped with a fantastic selection of toys, games and equipment for both indoor and outdoor play, which also includes a table tennis table. The villa owner actually uses the barn as a party room as it's equipped with a fantastic sound system and 60 inch plasma screen, so perfect for that sporting event or family get-together. Outside the barn there is a large outdoor terrace with a barbeque area and sink, that looks out onto the extensive lawn and gardens. This is a fantastic area for children to enjoy the open space in a safe environment. Think cricket and croquet on the lawns, to afternoon football games - our nanny/activity specialist will keep your children occupied whilst you relax.
The property has its own vineyard, chicken coop, pretty fruit trees and vegetable garden where our chefs pick fresh ingredients for your evening meal.
Our chef and host will serve you sumptuous meals at one of the outdoor dining areas so you can relax and enjoy the natural surroundings allowing you a real chance to escape and relax.
Villa Can Lladroner has an outdoor swimming pool (7x4.4m) surrounded by sunbathing terraces and sun loungers. There are many shaded and lounging areas at this villa, so it's perfect for grabbing some time-out with a good book and fine company.
