Sasha Apartment 4 is a lavish retreat in Courchevel 1850 that accommodates up to 12 guests across six bedrooms, one bedroom is located externally in the newly built annex. Ideally situated, this apartment boasts one of the village's most prime positions, offering breathtaking views of the slopes. An elevator effortlessly whisks you directly up to the spacious apartment, where the sleeping quarters are thoughtfully divided into two sections, flanking the inviting living space.
The pristine kitchen showcases sleek grey wrap-around countertops and wood furnishings. In the living area, an expansive L-shaped sofa invites relaxation, while plush seating near the fireplace offers a cosy retreat. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area open up to a spacious terrace with ample seating, perfect for soaking up the afternoon sun as you watch the skiers beyond.
The dining table, seating 10, provides an ideal setting for evenings of feasting with friends and family. For entertainment, the apartment features two TV rooms, along with plenty of cosy nooks where you can unwind after a day exploring Courchevel.
Five bedrooms are housed in the main apartment. Bright and modern, each bedroom exudes a sense of tranquillity with its own colour palette, wood finishes, and plush grey carpet floors. The sleek white marble bathrooms add a touch of sophistication to the sleeping quarters. On one side of the apartment, discover a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, featuring large floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides. Adjacent to it, two well-appointed twin rooms share a stylish en-suite shower room.
On the other side, a guest shower room paves the way to a spacious master bedroom, complete with ample storage, an en-suite shower room boasting twin sinks, and large floor-to-ceiling windows flooding the space with light. The carpeted floor, coupled with statement art, creates a cosy and contemporary vibe. Down the hallway, you'll find another bedroom with an en-suite shower room and twin sinks, as well as a generously sized double bed with a walk-in wardrobe and a TV.
For the 2025/26 winter season there will be an addition of a separate annex that is reached by an exterior, uncovered path. In the annex you will find a beautiful private spa with indoor hot tub, hammam, sauna, gym and massage room. The annex is home to the sixth bedroom, a double with en-suite bathroom. In the annex there is also a staff bedroom, that is not for guest use and may have a member of staff in residence.
The annex is currently under construction and images of this area will follow once the work is completed.
The guests also enjoys access to a shared hammam, which is shared between the other apartments in the building.
Please note Sasha Apartment 4 has a shared ski room, with ski lockers, but no boot warmers.
