Guests have the flexibility to arrange the bedrooms either as twin or double rooms to perfectly suit the group’s needs. Each bedroom provides direct access to the garden and terrace, allowing guests to start their days with a warm cup of coffee in the sunshine surrounded by Zermatt’s natural beauty.
The open plan living and dining room, featuring floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that lead out onto the garden and terrace, offers an idyllic setting for adults to bask in the sun or glaze at the majestic Matterhorn. Children can stay entertained with outdoor play in the garden.
On the lower ground floor is the exquisite spa area, complete with an indoor pool, sauna, hammam, and massage room shared with the penthouse apartment Alex, occupying the two top floors of Chalet Shalimar, as well as Furi, the adjacent two-bedrooms apartment. The wellness and spa area presents a perfect opportunity to relieve sore muscles after a morning spent at Zermatt's summer ski area, renowned as Europe’s largest and highest summer skiing region.
For larger groups, Schwarzee can be booked alongside its adjoining apartment, Furi, via a connecting door. This combination, named Elena, provides the perfect family apartment, sleeping up to eight guests in four spacious bedrooms. With two open-plan living and dining areas, there is plenty of space for gatherings or quiet moments.
