This lavish chalet generously stretches over five floors, all conveniently connected by an elevator as well as a broad staircase. A total of eight en-suite bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests.

Three bright staff bedrooms may accommodate additional guests if required. The entrance level is equipped with a large kitchen and dining room with a long wooden table. A luxurious living area is found on the same level featuring floor to ceiling windows which offer breathtaking views across the Engadin valley. Comfortable sofas invite guests to hang out and enjoy the views and on sunny days a large veranda is the perfect location for summer grill-parties or après ski celebrations in winter. A separate TV corner is located directly adjoining to the living room. Two guest bedrooms and three staff rooms are found on the lower ground level, all with a private en-suite bathroom. A professionally equipped laundry room is located next to the staff area. a spa and fitness area that extends across two floors, connected by a stairway.

Including a Turkish bath, a sauna with shower facilities, a gym, a squash court and a spectacular indoor swimming pool with relaxation area, terrace access and stunning mountain views.
