Chalet Genevieve

Chalet Genevieve is on the sunny side of the valley, a 10-minute walk from Super Morzine lift via the suspension bridge and a one-minute walk to the bus stop, which will take you into the heart of Morzine and to the Pleney lift. In winter, our on-call 24-hour driver service can be added at extra cost, with our friendly drivers taking you wherever you want to go in Morzine and Les Gets – day or night. This is a great choice for families, when tired legs don’t want to make the walk home.

Chalet Genevieve is particularly suited for families with young children. You can find toys, cots, a high chair and stair gates available on every level. But this luxury Morzine chalet has a grown-up side too, with beautiful bedrooms, an elegant kitchen and a stocked bar cabinet you can help yourself to (just replace what you use).

Step inside the chalet and you’ll find a spacious hall with a shower room/WC, laundry room and plenty of storage for coats and shoes. There is also a vast bunk room, with four extra large single bunk beds, each with a reading light and storage cubby. The bunk room also has a TV sofa area with lots of space, and the sofa can be converted into a double bed on request.

On level 2, you’ll find a TV room with sliding doors to make it a cosy nook for a movie night, and you’ll find board games and toys in the cupboard. There’s a shower room on this level, plus two en suite bedrooms. One has a beautiful egg-shaped bath and both have a balcony overlooking Pleney’s slopes.

Level 3 is the place to come together for meals, fun nights and hot tub sessions! Sink into the big, comfy sofas surrounding the stone log-burning fireplace and rustle up some meals in the country-style kitchen, with six bar stools surrounding a kitchen island. The kitchen has a double oven, coffee machine and a stocked pantry with cooking essentials.

Pour yourself a glass from the drinks cabinet and dine indoors at the vintage French country dining table that comfortably seats 12, or on the outdoor balcony in summer (table seats six people) – making the most of those views over Pleney and Pointe de Nyon.

The patio, just off the kitchen/dining area, is home to a five-seater hot tub and a gas barbecue, meaning you can all stay together when socialising on this floor. You’ll also find one en-suite bedroom on this level.

Level 4 is home to two en-suite bedrooms. The serene master suite has an oval bath, twin sinks and a walk-in shower.

The garage acts as a boot room with heated racks and space to store ski equipment. Perfect for shaking off the snow or storing your bikes and paddleboards in summer. With four floors, there is room for everyone to have a bit of breathing space at Chalet Genevieve in Morzine.
