A stunningly secluded location right in the centre of the main village, Kilco is a double height penthouse with dual aspect balconies north and south. Kilco Penthouse is a beautiful new addition to the hip hideouts portfolio in Val d’Isère and it commands one of the best locations in the resort. Built in 2015, it is owned by the famous Killy family and lies next to their family home by the river. The entrance to the chalet is just 100m from the Bellevarde, and Solaise Telecabines and the ski school meeting points. You can ski back to within a few meters of the door from both mountain ski areas. Not only is it close to the lifts, the penthouse is just a few steps from the main village centre and its restaurants and nightlife. If you are looking for a contemporary chalet with top end fixtures and fittings in a central location then Kilco Penthouse can’t be beaten.

This unique property in Val d’Isère will wow you from the moment you enter. Featuring huge reclaimed wood beams and sweeping views this property is simply fabulous. Enter the penthouse by a lift with a private key that opens direct into your property. The huge double height windows that draw in the mountains that surround the village. Large terraces are situated on both the north and south facing aspects of the penthouse. The entrance level features a large open plan living and dining space with a centrally located fireplace and an antique wood dining table. The furnishings are soft and and have a contemporary feel. Oversized lamps and bespoke art commissions feature throughout this floor and compliment the wooden interior.

Four private bedrooms spread from the central living space each with open plan bathrooms, bespoke furniture and high roofs which create harmonious spaces in which to relax. An open stairwell leads up to the upper level and a cute bedroom above the main living space with its own bathroom can be configured as a king or a twin room. Taking the elevator down to the basement level you will find your private swimming pool with flow system. The pool has windows deeply piled with snow through most of the winter creating a wonderful place to relax after your day on the mountain, the area also has a Moroccan tiled hammam. There is a covered car parking space which is included with the penthouse, a rarity in the centre of the main village.
