This stunning duplex penthouse apartment completed in 2009 is located in a quiet enclave only a short walk from the centre of the village.

Old wood and natural stone have been used throughout the apartment which is complemented by beautiful textiles and classic furniture. The elevation of the apartment affords stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

The chalet is set out over 2 floors, sleeping up to 6 adults and 2 children in 4 bedrooms all with private bathrooms. The focal point of the open plan living/ dining/ kitchen area is a wonderful fire place set in stone. With polished oak floors and beamed high ceilings and breathtaking views this is a truly wonderful space to entertain in or just relax in after a day's skiing.

The living area accesses an extensive balcony. The well equipped kitchen is open to the dining area. Also on the first floor is located a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a further bedroom with twin beds in a double bed configuration and en-suite bathroom. A separate guest W.C. is also located on this floor.

Stairs lead to the upper floor which houses the small children`s bunk room, a separate bathroom and the stunning master bedroom with a small private balcony and chic en-suite bathroom.

A lift accesses the garage with two parking spaces, private ski room and laundry room.

The apartment normally has a shared driver service between 8.30am and 1.00am if sold on a full service catered basis.

This property is sold on either a seasonal or annual basis.
