Coloma has been recently built in a classic Mallorcan farmhouse style situated on the Can Totxa private estate along with Villas Josefa, Las Palmeras and Can Totxa.

As you arrive at Coloma, you will pass through its own electric security gates which make this property very private. As soon as you arrive you will be immersed in the grandeur of the property as well as the tranquillity and beauty of the setting with the backdrop of the Tramuntana mountains.


The entrance to the property is via several steps to the hallway with its impressive high-ceilings. The hallway leads to the spacious open-plan sitting/dining room. From here there are doors onto the enormous covered terrace which spans two sides of the house. On one side is the outdoor covered dining and relaxation area and on the other side is the table tennis table.


Also off the hallway is the kitchen where you can watch and be involved in the creations that your chef prepares for you and your party (especially popular with the children) and a twin bedroom with en-suite.
Upstairs there are a further four bedrooms each with an en-suite. For the convenience of two families sharing there are two master double bedrooms which have access to the large terrace overlooking the pool and gardens below. The master bedrooms are furnished slightly differently but they each offer well appointed and comfortable accommodation. Similarly the two twin bedrooms on the first floor are individually furnished, but still maintain the style and comfort of the rest of the house.


One of the most impressive aspects of the house is the outdoor living areas. Coloma has one of the largest gardens on the Totxa estate which is full of Mediterranean trees,plants and shrubs as well as a good sized lawned garden, perfect for children to run around on. The remainder of the garden is left natural, The pool is set at the end of the outdoor dining terrace and forms the focal point of the gardens.


Across the driveway is a large double garage and the children's playroom. The playroom is equipped with a wide choice of indoor and outdoor toys. Our nanny will make sure that your children are well looked after with creative, entertaining and progressive play, whilst you enjoy your well-earned break. Families like the fact that the playroom is completely separate from the main house, pool (it's fresh water from Coloma's own well with added chlorine) and general areas for relaxation so parents can be as involved as much or as little as they like.


This is a fantastic place for a family or group of friends to either relax or be as active as you like surrounded by beautiful scenery. As the swimming pool is located close to the villa, it is an ideal choice for families as you can keep an eye on all of the activities from the comfort of your sun lounger.
