On the ground floor the hall leads through to the large ‘L shaped’ open plan living and kitchen areas. The sitting area has large comfortable sofas, satellite television, DVD, CD player and double doors which open out to the exterior terraces.
Also on the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one of the master double bedrooms which has a dressing room and doors with access to the exterior. The en suite bathroom has a bath and separate walk-in shower. There is also a further double bedroom with a shower room.
Stairs lead up to the first floor of the villa where there are three further bedrooms. A second master double with dressing room and an en suite bathroom with a separate bath and a very large double shower. There are two other bedrooms, both with twin beds which share a shower room.
The children's games room can be found in the basement of the villa. It is a large bright and airy room with a good variety of toys, games and equipment for all ages and interests for fun and games both inside and outside including a tennis table, darts and pool table. Large double doors from the games room lead outside into the garden.
Across the front of the villa there is a large covered terrace with views over the valley which has a large dining table and is the perfect spot for long leisurely al fresco meals. At the side of the house there is a further terrace overlooking the pool. The heated salt water swimming pool is set to the side of the villa amongst lawns and natural gardens and has far reaching views over the valley. The grounds are mainly laid to lawn with olive trees and areas of woodland. Look out for the wild goats that roam the land around the villa.
