Primošten is a town in Croatia, and a part of the Šibenik-Knin County. It is situated between the cities of Šibenik and Trogir, on the Adriatic coast.
Primošten is famous for its huge and beautiful vineyards. Apart from its vineyards, it is also known for the traditional donkey race that takes place there every summer.
Villa Serena is located in quiet area and offers full relaxation to the guests staying in villa. It has lovely sea view and the view of the islands.
Only 1 minute walk away there is a beach where guests can enjoy in peace and beautiful and clean Adriatic Sea.
Villa has total surface of 400 square meters and surroundings of 300 square meters.
Villa can accommodate 10 + 2 persons in two units.
The main house consists of two floors and it can accommodate 8 persons. Second floor is separated unit with private entrance with 1 double bedroom and pull-out sofa bed for 4 extra persons. There is beautiful sea view terrace on the second floor.
In the main house, on the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms. Each bedroom is air conditioned with its own bathroom. Three bedrooms are overlooking the sea.
At the ground floor of the villa there is a comfortable living room with dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Guest bathroom with toilet and shower are on the ground floor.
