Tucked away in the bohemian north of Ibiza, Can Zama is without a doubt one of the most striking homes on the island. Contemporary, luxurious and especially welcoming, with views of the heavily wooded valley, the hills beyond and the endlessly blue Mediterranean stretched out before you.

Can Zama is situated in one of the most exquisite areas of Ibiza. The north is known for its wild natural landscapes, authentic bohemian vibe and stunning beaches, coves and inlets. The villa is spacious and very private with no neighbours to speak of. Architecturally pleasing, the interiors are sublimely comfortable and the outside areas are beautiful in their simple, elegant design. The house is filled with natural light and floor to ceiling windows open right up to the gardens, pool and magnificent views. Pine forests surround the luxury property, making you feel especially secluded in your own private paradise. Sophisticated contemporary furnishings and sleek mod cons add a supremely tranquil ambience to this lovely home.

Can Zama features two double rooms plus three additional rooms that can be configured as doubles or twins on request. Each bedroom has its own ensuite and is gorgeously furnished. Expansive beds with colourful silk canopies, luxe chaise lounges, dressing tables and subtle lighting create an elegant and romantic boudoir scene. Oversized polished concrete bathtubs with a view will definitely be employed in long, luxurious soaks, while one impressive waterfall shower is flanked by an atrium containing a beautiful olive tree. Enormous glass doors open out to terraces and beautiful views. Waking up has never been so beautiful.

The openness of Can Zama makes the differentiation between interior and exterior seamless. A terrace from the dining and living areas features a sunken outdoor lounge complete with sofas and a fireplace for early or late season fireside chats. Outdoor beanbags and an olive tree under which sits a curved wooden chaise are the perfect places for lazy afternoons. Beyond the terrace across an emerald green lawn is the heated swimming pool encircled by sunbeds, with a shaded pergola with day beds at one end. The views are just divine and there’s nothing like a lightly competitive game of petanque on the lawn to bring in the evening, with drink in hand, naturally.

Bedrooms
  • The five suites have been finished to the highest standard, each with bespoke bathroom and private access to its own garden space or terrace.
  • MASTER: Leading off from the hallway, upstairs on the first floor. The suite consists of the double bedroom and a lounge area with TV, writing desk and wood burning fire. The large bathroom has a bathtub with views out to sea and a separate rainfall shower. The windows slide into the walls to give access to the roof terrace chill-out.
  • BEDROOM TWO: Next to the master on the first floor and also with access to the roof terrace, the beds can be made up as twins or a double. En-suite bathroom with rainfall shower.
  • BEDROOM THREE: Downstairs in the courtyard, the bedroom features a beautiful olive tree in a glass atrium and intricate wardrobe doors . The beds can be made up as twins or a double and the bathroom has a rainfall shower.
  • BEDROOM FOUR: Downstairs in the courtyard, twin beds or a double. A large dressing table area leads to the bathroom with rainfall shower.
  • BEDROOM FIVE: Across the courtyard with double bed, sea view and access to the garden. The en-suite bathroom has a sunken bath tub.
